National Day of Prayer Services

National Day of Prayer is a major event in our Country each year on the first Thursday in May.  The National Day of Prayer Task Force coordinates and post these events so that everyone can with a click of the mouse find a prayer service to attend as well as read and listen to many uplifting messages and songs.

A group of folks from Fentress County gather to pray for our Nation, County, and Community throughout the day at various locations in our County. Church of the Harvest host the one held in Grimsley Tennessee each year at 6:30 pm. Sometimes we meet at the Community Park other times we meet at one of the local Churches. Each Year we leave the Service with a renewed commitment to spend more time communicating with our Heavenly Father on behalf of our Nation in the seven areas of need.
